Premier Village Da Nang Resort Review
Premier Village is the most residential-feeling luxury accommodation in Da Nang — a private pool, a kitchen, a living room, and direct beach access, and you never share a pool with anyone you didn't invite.
I'll be honest about when the Premier Village makes sense: you need to be sharing it. A couple, two couples, a family, a small group — the villa format works on a per-person basis when you split it. A solo traveller booking a four-bedroom villa is getting a lot of empty rooms.
With that caveat stated: there's nothing else in Da Nang that replicates this format. Every accommodation unit is a private villa with its own pool. The beach is 30 metres from the villa's garden gate. The living areas in a two-bedroom villa are larger than many Da Nang apartments. If you have a group — family holiday, honeymoon with couple friends, extended family reunion — the case for Premier Village is clear.
Son Tra Peninsula is 10km from the city, so the isolation is real in a way that Non Nuoc isn't (Non Nuoc is at least connected to a resort cluster). City dining requires a taxi commitment. But the surrounding Son Tra nature reserve is extraordinary — the Lady Buddha viewpoints, the douc langurs in the forest, the coastal road at dusk — and the beach in front of the villas is genuinely beautiful.
Location & Getting There
Son Tra Peninsula beach, 10km from city centre. Surrounded by the Son Tra nature reserve — scenic, peaceful, and wild in a way that the My Khe/Non Nuoc urban beach strip isn't. Getting to the city for dining or entertainment requires taxi commitment. Day trips to Hoi An (30 minutes south), Marble Mountains (20 minutes), or My Son (1.5 hours) are practical from here. The beach in front of the villas is calmer than My Khe but the sand quality isn't as refined as Non Nuoc.
The Rooms
Only private pool villas. Two to four bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, private pool, and garden leading to direct beach access. The sizing is genuinely residential — a four-bedroom villa is a proper house. Per-night rates from around $380 in shoulder season for a two-bedroom, rising significantly for larger villas and peak periods. Group cost-per-person makes this accessible in a way that a solo booking does not.
Pool, Beach & Facilities
Your private pool — the defining feature. No shared large resort pool, which is the right decision for the format. Beach access is direct from the villa grounds. Central spa facility operates for the resort overall. Restaurant service can be taken at the central dining room or arranged in-villa. The privacy is genuine: outside your villa gates, you're in a resort; inside, you're in your own space.
Food & Drink
Central restaurant handles breakfast, lunch, and dinner with solid competence. In-villa dining is available and the kitchen in larger villas makes some self-catering practical. Good for group cooking evenings if that's your thing. Breakfast quality is good. For variety, the city and An Thuong require a taxi but it's worth the occasional trip.
The best private villa option in Da Nang for the right group profile. Fills a gap that no other property occupies. If villa-format with direct beach access is what you're looking for, Premier Village is the clear answer.
