The Pullman sits on Bac My An Beach at the northern edge of the Non Nuoc resort corridor, a five-star Accor property that delivers the full resort experience at rates that consistently undercut its Non Nuoc neighbours.
Pullman is Accor's upscale brand, above Novotel, below Sofitel. Da Nang's version sits at 101 Vo Nguyen Giap on Bac My An, the beach section just north of where the main Non Nuoc resort cluster begins. The position is useful: slightly closer to the city than the Hyatt or Marriott, with the same quality beach.
I stayed for five nights in April and the experience confirmed what the rate suggests: this is a well-run full-service resort that doesn't need to explain itself by reference to design philosophy or unique location. It just works. Beach, pool, breakfast, service, all executed to a consistent standard.
The Accor ALL loyalty programme is the secondary argument. For regular Accor guests, earning ALL points at a resort that charges less than the Marriott or Hyatt, while accessing the same quality beach, is the kind of loyalty-programme calculation that makes booking decisions obvious.

Location & Getting There
101 Vo Nguyen Giap, Ngu Hanh Son District, Bac My An Beach, 11–12km from Da Nang city centre. Slightly north of the main Non Nuoc resort cluster. Airport is 18–20 minutes, noticeably closer than from the southern Non Nuoc properties. Marble Mountains are 8 minutes north by Grab, the closest of any major Non Nuoc-area resort.
An Thuong restaurant district is 15–18 minutes by Grab. City centre is 20 minutes. Hoi An is 40–45 minutes south. The northern Non Nuoc/Bac My An position gives slightly better city access than the Hyatt or Marriott without fully sacrificing the beach quality.
The beach in front of the Pullman is Bac My An rather than Non Nuoc proper, slightly different water characteristics but comparable quality. Calmer than northern My Khe, similar width to Non Nuoc. The distinction matters mainly to returning guests who've compared specific beach stretches.
The Rooms
Standard rooms at 40–45sqm, slightly smaller than the Hyatt and Marriott but well laid out and properly equipped. Superior ocean-view category is the clear pick: balcony views over Bac My An Beach are good from mid-floors upward, and the ocean-facing orientation makes the room's compact dimensions feel less constraining.
The Pullman doesn't have a villa category with private pools, which is a genuine ceiling on what the accommodation can deliver. For couples wanting complete privacy or families needing separate villa spaces, the Marriott is the Non Nuoc answer. For everyone else, the Pullman's standard room quality justifies the rate.
Accor ALL points earned at standard rates. For Accor Platinum and Diamond members, upgrade to superior categories is more reliable here than at the Marriott or Hyatt given the relatively lower concentration of high-status members at a Pullman vs a JW Marriott or Park Hyatt. Pool, Beach & Facilities
Two outdoor pools, main beachfront pool and a second indoor/covered pool for lap swimming and off-season use. The outdoor pool faces the beach directly with unobstructed sea views. Pool management is attentive: loungers are maintained, attendants are present, service comes to you.
Beach service on Bac My An is comprehensive, sunbeds, umbrellas, cold towel service, drinks delivered to the beach. The beach here is calmer than northern My Khe which makes it good for swimming in most months. Wave activity increases from June but the Bac My An section is protected enough to remain swimmable through most of the wave season.
Spa is a proper hotel spa operation, extensive treatment menu, consistent therapist quality, pre-booking recommended in peak season. Fitness centre is well-equipped. No kids' club in the Camp Hyatt sense, but children's pool and beach access mean families function without supervision infrastructure.

Food & Drink
Bliss Restaurant handles breakfast and all-day dining. The breakfast spread is among the better Non Nuoc executions, made-to-order stations, strong Vietnamese morning food section (proper pho, banh mi, congee), good fruit and pastry selection. Take the slow breakfast: the restaurant faces the garden and pool, and the morning service quality is what Pullman does best.
Breeze Bar at the beachside is the cocktail-at-sunset operation, good drinks, proper beach bar atmosphere, service that comes to you on the sunbeds. The afternoon beer at the Breeze Bar while the sun goes down over the South China Sea is the daily routine that most Pullman guests end up adopting by day two.
For serious evening dining outside the resort, An Thuong is 15–18 minutes by Grab. Worth the trip for two or three evenings during a week stay. The city is 20 minutes away and more accessible from this northern Non Nuoc position than from the southern Non Nuoc cluster.
