A La Carte vs TMS
Two design-led boutique hotels on the same stretch of My Khe Beach. One has more room, the other has a better rate.

Add the rooftop Sky Bar, genuinely one of the better sunset spots on the strip, and the An Thuong location you can walk out of, and A La Carte wins on the things you actually notice during a stay.

A La Carte
TMS
A La Carte reads more like a design hotel: cleaner lines, a stronger rooftop program. TMS is a more conventional resort-style building, Vietnamese-owned with a reputation for attentive service.
A La Carte's Sky Bar and infinity pool is the standout amenity on this stretch of beach, and one of the better sunset spots on My Khe. TMS has its own rooftop pool plus a beach-level pool option, useful if you want to swim without going up top, but neither is the destination that A La Carte's rooftop has become.

Which one should you actually book?
A La Carte is the better hotel. The studio format alone justifies it for anyone staying more than three nights, and the rooftop bar and An Thuong location add real, daily value. TMS isn't a compromise pick, it's a genuinely good My Khe hotel that simply costs less and gives you less room.
Book TMS if A La Carte is running $20 or more above it for your dates, or if you're only staying a night or two and don't need the extra space.
