Four Points does the beach job competently but nothing here surprises you. If your plan involves evenings and city exploration, the Novotel earns the higher rate.

Four Points is a low-rise beachfront block on My Khe. The Novotel Premier is one of Da Nang's tallest buildings, a proper city tower on the Han River with a very different skyline presence.

The Four Points does its job: My Khe Beach, a pool, competent rooms, a reasonable price. Nothing here disappoints, nothing surprises you either. The Novotel Premier is the more interesting hotel. Level 36 is worth visiting even if you're not staying there, and the river views from upper floors are among the better city views in Da Nang.
If your days are at the beach and evenings are spent eating locally, Four Points makes more logistical sense. If the plan involves city exploration, riverside bars, and Han Market mornings, book the Novotel and request a high floor.
