The Concept, Which Is Real
Fusion Suites runs a model that sounds too good to be actually true: every room comes with daily spa treatment credits and breakfast included, always, not as a promotional add-on but as the permanent structure of the place. I booked here skeptically and left as a convert.
The 45-minute foot reflexology included in the rate is one of the better foot reflexology sessions I've had in Vietnam — professionally executed, in a spa that stays calm and peaceful even when it's busy. The fact that it comes with your room and not as a line item on checkout changes how you relate to the spa entirely.
You go because it's already paid for. Then you go again.
The property sits on My Khe Beach with 123 suites across a tower. No standard rooms: the smallest unit is an apartment-style studio at around 45 square metres with a kitchen wall and full windows on two sides.
The beds have four-inch pillow tops and proper duvets. One guest said they were "the most comfortable beds found in Vietnam." I'm not arguing with that.
The Rooms
Large, light, open. Kitchen layout with full-wall windows — two sides of light in the studios, more in the one- and two-bedroom options.
The ocean-view suites on the upper floors are the pick of the portfolio; the views are worth paying for. Penthouse suites with private terraces are the peak.
All of them have the same quality of bed and the same amount of space — generous in a way that most hotels at this price point in Da Nang aren't.
The Pool Across the Road
Here's the thing you should know before you arrive: the pool is across the street from the main hotel building. You have to cross a road to get there.
The pool itself is long and attractive with beach club access and good sea views. But there's traffic noise from the adjacent main road audible from the loungers, and the crossing is mildly annoying the fifth or sixth time you do it in a day.
For most guests this is a minor inconvenience. If pool-adjacent living is central to your stay, know the layout in advance.
The beach is directly in front of the pool building. Sand, waves, full beach service.
That part works without complication.
Breakfast at Any Time, Anywhere
The Fusion breakfast concept is that it can be served anywhere, any time — brought to your room, to the pool, to the beach. In practice this is more or less true and is one of the more memorable hotel details I've encountered in Da Nang.
"Absolutely incredible — cannot think of a cuisine that isn't catered for" is one guest's description. The variety is real, though some guests have noted inconsistency between buffet and à la carte formats day to day.
The staff, consistently, are the best part — charming and genuinely attentive in a way that multiple guests describe as "exceptional" and "next level."
What to Know Before You Book
Road noise from the main road is real and audible from the pool area. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room on a higher floor away from street-facing windows.
Spa slots fill up — book your treatments early in each day. The pool is across the road.
None of these are dealbreakers; all of them are worth knowing.
Airport is 12 minutes. Dragon Bridge is 12 minutes by Grab.
The My Khe restaurant strip is a 5-minute walk. This is a city-accessible hotel, not a remote resort — that's a feature, not a limitation.
- Daily foot reflexology included — not a promo, the permanent model
- Breakfast included and served anywhere, any time
- Beds consistently described as the best in Da Nang
- All rooms are suites — minimum 45sqm studio
- Staff quality is the most consistently praised of any My Khe hotel
- 12 min from airport, 5 min walk to restaurant strip
- Pool is across the main road from the hotel — requires a street crossing
- Road and construction noise audible from pool area and lower-floor rooms
- Breakfast format can vary day to day (buffet vs. à la carte)
- Spa slots fill up; book treatments early each morning
Would I Stay Again?
Yes. Fusion Suites is the hotel I recommend to people who want a hotel that actually over-delivers relative to the nightly rate.
The combination of the all-suite format, the included spa, the breakfast, and what turns out to be a genuinely exceptional front-line team makes it one of the best values in Da Nang's mid-range bracket. The road noise and the pool location are real.
They're also minor compared to what you get in return.

Is Fusion Suites Da Nang Beach Worth It?
The Fusion Suites Da Nang Beach concept, all-suite accommodation with spa treatments included in every booking, is genuinely unusual in the Da Nang market and delivers real value for guests who will use the spa. The calculation is straightforward: if you would pay for one or two spa treatments per stay anyway, the Fusion Suites rate becomes competitive or better than alternatives that charge separately for spa access.
The suites are spacious, the beachfront location is strong, and the F&B is consistent. The main limitation is scale: the property is smaller and the pool is less dramatic than the major resort hotels.
But for wellness-inclined travellers who want a boutique beachfront stay, the included spa element makes this a genuinely distinctive and worthwhile choice.
Nearby Attractions & Getting Around
One of Da Nang's advantages as a destination is how compact it is, most major attractions are within 20–30 minutes of any hotel in the city. From Fusion Suites Da Nang Beach, key landmarks and beaches are easy to reach by taxi or GrabCar, and both services are reliable, metered, and inexpensive by international standards.
- My Khe Beach, On-site. Direct beachfront on Da Nang's main coastal strip.
- Dragon Bridge, 10 min taxi. Da Nang's fire-breathing icon, short taxi hop from the hotel.
- My Khe Restaurant Strip, 5 min walk. Seafood grills, noodle houses, and beach cafes within walking distance.
- Han River, 12 min taxi. Riverside promenade and evening dining scene.
- Marble Mountains, 20 min taxi south. Classic half-day trip from any My Khe hotel.
- Hoi An, 30 min by car. Essential Ancient Town day trip from Da Nang.

A clever boutique concept on My Khe Beach, spa treatments included in every stay make it exceptional value for couples, and the all-suite format adds space most comparably priced hotels lack.
