Which one should you actually book?
Premier Village is a one-idea hotel and the idea works: a private pool villa on a good beach, without the isolation penalty of a resort further out of town. If that's what you're coming for, book it and ask for a beachfront villa.
The Sheraton is the better hotel for families by almost every measure that matters to a family, and it costs roughly half as much. For a couple without kids who don't specifically want a private pool, the Sheraton is fine but Premier Village is the more interesting stay.
